Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or major changes must be submitted in writing.
Fees may apply depending on the stage of planning and resources already committed. -
Third-Party Vendors
We may coordinate with third-party vendors such as venues, caterers, photographers, and production teams.
We are not responsible for performance, delays, or failures caused by third-party vendors. -
Event Changes & External Factors
Event timelines and execution may be affected by external factors including weather, venue restrictions, vendor availability, or emergencies.
We are not liable for delays or changes caused by such circumstances. -
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access required for planning and execution.
Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may impact timelines and deliverables. -
Confidentiality
Flatiron Atelier operates with discretion and respects client privacy.
All personal and event information is treated as confidential and only shared when necessary to provide services. -
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flatiron Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. -
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of New York courts. -
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
